Amy Railsback coordinates team events and finds unique way to make our team feel valued and appreciated. She has also provided strategic guidance that has shaped many of the things we are doing today as a firm.

Managing all the social media platforms and creating a variety of infographics allows her artistic talents to shine. These efforts support the firms business development, recruiting and internal communication activities.

Amy has more than 20 years of coaching experience and currently coaches the gymnastics team at Camas High School. She intentionally seeks out opportunities to teach life lessons that will impact her athletes long after they graduate.

Amy has been married to her husband for 25 years. When she gets a free moment you will find her working on her photography skills or searching Pinterest for creative inspiration for an upcoming project.
