Greg Railsback is the Managing Partner of the firm and is responsible for guiding the management team. He has oversight responsibility for the day-to-day management of the firm, long-term strategic planning, leadership development, recruiting, retention and business development.
As a leader, he is passionate about creating an environment where each Railsback Group, P.C. team member can growth both personally and professionally. He is fully committed to changing the culture of the traditional CPA firm and preparing the next generation of CPA’s to serve our clients.
Greg received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Portland and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
Having developed strong working relationships with other professional advisors over the past 25 years, Greg’s clients benefit from the collective wisdom of these talented and respected individuals.
The goal of the firm is for every client to get the strategic planning advice they need in order to make fully informed decisions by identifying tax planning opportunities as we help guide them through the ever changing complexity in the tax law.
Greg has been married to the love of his life, Amy, for more than 20 years. She has a passion for continuous improvement and her wisdom has significantly influenced the culture of the firm.
