Jessica Brainard is the Firm Administrator. She works at the front desk and is the first person you meet when you enter the office. Jessica plays an important role in supporting all of the team members including project management, new client onboarding, portal administration, and everything else in between.

Jessica joined the company in September 2021. Prior to The Railsback Group, she worked at UPS as a package handler and supervisor for five years. As a supervisor, she worked with customers to ensure prime service. Before that, she worked as a customer service provider at Norm’s Sew & Vac in Vancouver.

Jessica graduated from Clark College with her Associate of Arts. She then continued her education in English at Washington State University.

For fun, Jessica spends her time hiking, reading, and playing board games. Most of her summer days are spent either traveling, camping, or out on the lake with her family. Jessica plays the piano, trumpet, and bells in her church bell choir, and is currently teaching herself saxophone.

Jessica takes pride in doing a good job. She is excited to be a part of The Railsback Group, P.C. team and serve her community.
